New Alternative R&B artist, VNIS, announces the release of his 2- part single, “W.A.I.H.” and “Young Visionary.” This local Atlanta artist has a very unique and authentic sound that encompasses a variety of genres. Inspired by artists like Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu, and D’ Angelo, VNIS’s music is in the same lane as Frank Ocean, Masego and Brent Faiyaz. His sound reflects through the genres of Electronica, Neo-Soul, and Hip-Hop which influenced the vibe behind both singles.

The Young Visionary 2- Part Single includes two dynamic songs that speak to the experiences of VNIS’s growth as an artist and a person going through all of life’s challenges. The relatable lyrics within “W.A.I.H.” is deeply rooted to what many have felt in relationships; the struggle between wanting to leave and wanting to stay. Induced vulnerability from the clock ticking down to the yearning confessions through harmonization, the lyrics face the truth of what many are still confused by in a relationship. The writing is personal and melodic to the music behind it, that creates a feeling of counting down to acceptance. Similar to it’s counterpart single, “Young Visionary ” is another relatable track that dives into the everyday life of being young and focuses on one’s visions and dreams. With it’s upbeat and catchy sound, this empowering track pushes other aspiring entrepreneurs to live life to the fullest while pursuing all opportunities.

VNIS has scheduled a Zoom Release Party on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 1 PM EST. The release party will include an exclusive listening of the Young Visionary 2- Part single with VNIS and an interview and Q&A as well. Information for the Zoom Release Party is below.
